BrandABubble Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At BrandABubble, every item in our clothing and apparel collection is made-to-order produced and fulfilled specifically for you through our trusted manufacturing partner. Because each piece is custom-made, we have a targeted returns and refunds policy focused on quality and satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything we can to investigate and find the best solution for you.
2. Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
What is covered:

Items that arrive defective or damaged through no fault of the customer

Manufacturing defects (misprints, incorrect sizing, missing components)

Items that are materially different from what was ordered

Errors in the quantity or type of items delivered
What is NOT covered: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Incorrect size selection (please check our size guide carefully before ordering)

Buyer’s remorse

Colour preference (printing is a chemical process and slight colour differences due to machine type, machine settings, material type, or environmental conditions fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not considered defects)

Accidental ordering

Change of mind

Damage caused by improper care or use of the garment

Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete design content submitted by the customer
3. How to Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim as quickly as possible, please include the following:

A clear description of the issue

Clear photographs of the item clearly showing the defect or damage
Once our team reviews your claim, we will respond as quickly as possible. If your claim is validated by our quality team, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Approved claims will normally be resolved with a replacement item rather than a refund.

4. Returns
Under UK consumer law, custom-made and personalised items are generally exempt from the normal 14-day cooling-off return rights. Because all BrandABubble products are personalised and made-to-order, we do not accept physical returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or colour variation preferences.
We do not provide a return shipping address for standard returns. We reserve the right to request return of the item, photographic evidence, destruction of the item, or additional verification before approving any claim.
5. Lost Packages
If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation email. Claims for lost packages will only be considered after tracking investigations have been completed with the courier. We will liaise with our fulfilment partner to investigate the shipment. If an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will normally provide a replacement. Refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Please note: BrandABubble cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Stolen or Missing Packages After Delivery Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled unless evidence suggests courier error. Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier, responsibility for that package passes to the courier and is no longer within BrandABubble's control. If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it—including cases where the package was stolen from your doorstep or a communal area—this is a matter between you and the courier.
In such cases, we recommend:

Filing a claim directly with the courier using your tracking number

Reporting the theft to your local police and obtaining a crime reference number

Checking with neighbours or building management in case the parcel was received on your behalf
Once marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer and courier.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow the following estimated processing times:

Credit / Debit Cards: Typically 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer

PayPal: Typically 3-5 business days

Other Payment Methods: Subject to the payment provider's processing times
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the estimated timeframe, please first contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.
Refund Eligibility Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following circumstances:

Orders canceled before fulfillment or production has started

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery

Delivery delays exceeding 14 days beyond the latest estimated delivery date

Eligible returned-to-sender orders not caused by customer error
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, at our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Approved claims will normally be resolved with a replacement item rather than a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue, fulfillment status, and supporting evidence provided.

7. Order Cancellations
Because our production process is fully automated to ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders are immediately sent to our manufacturing partner the moment they are placed.
As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once checkout is complete. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details—including size, color, design selection, and shipping information—before finalizing their purchase.
8. Fraud Prevention
BrandABubble reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or future orders where fraudulent activity, abuse of policy, excessive claims, or suspicious behaviour is suspected.
We reserve the right to refuse claims where photographic evidence appears altered, misleading, duplicated from previous claims, or otherwise inconsistent with the reported issue.
