At BrandABubble, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted print and logistics partners.
Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, production and shipping times may vary depending on product type, destination, and seasonal demand.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment.
Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen production delays.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided as guidelines only.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.
Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, BrandABubble is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Returned to Sender Packages
If an order is returned to sender for reasons not caused by customer error or delivery refusal, BrandABubble may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 25 days from the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider to investigate the shipment.
Delivered but Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier, BrandABubble is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages, including theft from doorsteps, mailrooms, or delivery locations.
Customers should contact the courier directly to file a claim or investigation regarding the delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
BrandABubble is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather disruptions, or other external circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
